Introduction
The Chatbot AI was developed as a core feature of the Mr. Yoda ecosystem—aimed at simplifying how users approach health information. Instead of browsing multiple pages, users can now ask questions, describe symptoms, or select categories, and instantly get guided towards the right tests, packages, or specialists.
The goal was to create a friendly, reliable, and medically-aware conversational experience that feels both intelligent and human.
Challenge
Users often struggle to identify the right test or health package due to medical terminology and complex navigation. Many don’t know where to start.
The challenge was to design a chatbot interface that:
- Understands symptoms in natural language
- Provides structured, medically accurate recommendations

- Designed a clean, distraction-free chat interface with a calming health-oriented visual style.
- Built personalized greeting states such as “Good Morning, Satyam” to enhance familiarity and trust.
- Integrated quick-access categories (Health Packages, Genomics, Organs, Symptoms, Lab Services, Fetal Medicine) for rapid navigation.
- Developed guided conversational flows for symptom-based triage, test recommendations, and package suggestions.
- Ensured that every suggestion leads to clear CTAs like Book Test, View Package, or Explore Symptoms.
- Designed a micro-interaction system for typing indicators, smart suggestions, and input previews for smooth conversation feel.
